Tiba sudah 10 mlm terakhir Ramadhan. Rasa cepat sungguh walaupun berpuasa dlm tempoh yg agak panjang berbanding org2 kat Malaysia. Memang tak terasa sbb kat sini cuaca tak lah terik, kurang rasa dahaga. Puasa kat sini terus terang boleh di katakan lebih fokus dgn ibadah puasa, terawih dan tadarus. Bahang raya pun tak terasa. This year, we are celebrating our birthday month as per abstemious. Started with mama, on the 11th March, followed by papa 13 March and finally batrisyia on the 20th March. Bahan-bahan :-
1 tin blueberry pie filling
2 ¼ cawan tepung gandum
1 ½ cawan gula kaster
¾ cawan serbuk koko (kurangkan jika tak suka pahit)
1 ½ sudu teh soda bikarbonat
¾ sudu teh garam halus
1 ½ cawan susu cair
½ cawan minyak jagung
¼ cawan cuka putih
½ sudu teh esen vanilla
sedikit mentega (utk lengser loyang)
Cara-cara :-
1.Panaskan ketuhar ke suhu 170C.
